The HSI Foundation is a registered Texas non-profit with 501(c)(3) status approved by the Internal Revenue Service. Our scope includes identifying opportunities to create American National Standards and sourcing subject matters experts who work collaboratively to establish best in class guidelines and standards that serve and protect patients and consumers.
Our goal is to facilitate innovation, education and progress in healthcare organization management. To this end, the HSI Foundation invests in scholarships, education programs, and support of nonprofit causes.
The HSI Foundation works for the benefit of U.S. communities with consideration for international alignment, while upholding the key principles of standardization: consensus, transparency, impartiality, effectiveness, relevance and coherence.
